Administrative Bishop | Michael J. Stigile
Reverend Michael J. Stigile is an Ordained Bishop for the Church of God and is presently serving as the Regional Administrative Bishop for the Church of God in the Midlands (Iowa/Nebraska). Prior to moving to the Midlands Region, Bishop Stigile served the Church of God for 12 years in Delmarva-DC as youth pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor. In 1996, he began his ministry as a State Youth and Discipleship Director. He has served in this role in the Midlands, Arkansas, Mississippi, Eastern North Carolina, South Georgia, and Alabama. He has served the Church of God on various state and international boards, currently on the International Youth and Discipleship Board.
He has a heart for this generation and has consistently seen records broken in YWEA and has taken the state youth programs to new dimensions under his quality and detailed leadership. In addition, he has been very instrumental in renovating and improving campground facilities, sound, lights, and media in each state. He is an anointed preacher and teacher, and has been featured at local, state, and international conferences.
Born in Newark, Delaware, Bishop Stigile is the son of Art and Jean Stigile, and is the sixth of seven siblings. Bishop Stigile attended Salem Community College on a full baseball scholarship, receiving an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Drafting and Design Technology. He worked as a Senior Draftsman for DuPont’s before attending Lee University. It was at Lee University he met his wife, Marcia, and they were married in 1985. The Stigiles have two boys, Mike, Jr., married to Christina, and Matthew, married to Tori. They also have a beautiful granddaughter, Michaela. Mike is a faithful husband, an amazing dad, and loving Papa.
He enjoys watching any sport, playing golf, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
Women’s Ministries & Discipleship Director | Marcia Stigile
Marcia Stigile is currently serving as the Regional Women’s Ministries & Discipleship Director as well as Administrative Assistant for the Church of God in the Midlands Region (Iowa/Nebraska). She has served alongside her husband, Mike, in ministry since 1985. Together, they have served as State Youth Director and Girls Ministries Coordinator in the Midlands, Arkansas, Mississippi, Eastern North Carolina, South Georgia, and Alabama, prior to coming to the Midlands Region. Prior to this, they served in youth and pastoral ministry for over 12 years in Delmarva-DC.
Marcia obtained a B.S. degree in Business from Lee University in 1985, and has worked in various administrative positions, including secular, local church, and state office settings. She is an anointed singer and has been a featured soloist at many local, state, and international conferences.
Marcia was born in Everett, Pennsylvania, to Max and Mary Cornell. She has a brother, Mark, and sister, Michele. After meeting the love of her life, Mike, at Lee University, they were married in 1985. The Stigiles are blessed with two boys, Mike, Jr., married to Christina, and Matthew, married to Tori. They also have a beautiful granddaughter, Michaela. Her highest calling is being a wife, mother, and Mimi.

Michael A. DiPietro | Youth & Discipleship Director
Reverend Michael A. DiPietro is an Ordained Bishop for the Church of God and is presently serving as the Youth and Discipleship Director for the Church of God in the Midlands (Iowa/Nebraska). Prior to moving to the Midlands Regions, Bishop DiPietro served the Church of God for 13 years as Youth Minister and Senior Pastor in the South and Middle Georgia area. He has served on the South Georgia Church of God State Youth and Discipleship Board.
Mike is a dedicated and goal-oriented professional with valuable experience in carrying out leadership responsibilities and highly proficient in developing and leading comprehensive programs based on the organization’s key values and mission statement. As a dynamic and proactive leader, he is effective in providing leadership and direction to volunteers, inspiring and supporting potential leaders to function at their highest level. Mike is also a personable and motivational communicator with strong behavioral management techniques, giving him the ability to develop an exceptional rapport with all members of the organization and the community.
Born in Wilmington, Delaware and raised in Pennsville, New Jersey, he is the son to the late James DiPietro and Carol DiPietro of Pennsville, New Jersey. He has two older siblings, a brother and sister. Mike is an alumnus from Lee University where he obtained a B.S. in Ministry Leadership/Church Administration and is currently pursuing his Masters in Ministry Studies/Leadership. He will graduate in November 2018. He married his best friend, Amity, in 1998. The DiPietro’s have two children, a son, Griffin DiPietro who is a freshman at Lee University obtaining a degree in Digital Media Studies, and Madlynn DiPietro (Maddie), soon to be 14 and an eighth-grade student.

Amity G. DiPietro | Girls Ministries Coordinator
Amity G. DiPietro is currently serving as the Girls Ministries Coordinator for the Church of God in the Midlands Region (Iowa/Nebraska). She has served alongside her husband, Mike, in ministry since 2007. Together, they have served as Youth Ministers and Senior Pastors in South Georgia and Middle Georgia, prior to coming to the Midlands Region. While in Middle Georgia, alongside her husband, Amity ran a teen outreach center.
Amity obtained a B.S. degree in Marketing from University of Phoenix in 2004. She has worked in various positions in the secular realm that has helped develop her leadership abilities and skills. Amity obtained a Med Counseling in Education from Liberty University in 2015. Her education in the Education System has allowed her to see more of the need for this lost and broken generation.
Amity was born in Tifton, Georgia, to Steve and Linda Griffin. She has a brother, Pastor Brent Griffin. After marrying her best friend in 1998, they were blessed with two beautiful children, a son who is a freshman studying at Lee University, and a daughter who is an eighth grade student. Her passions are being a wife, mother, and counselor.
