Administrative Bishop | Blaine Faircloth

Bishop Blaine Faircloth serves as the Administrative Bishop of the Midlands Region (Iowa and Nebraska).  Bishop Faircloth comes to the Midlands Region, having served the Dexter Lake Church of God for the previous 11 years as Lead Pastor.  With a combined 35 years of pastoring, Bishop Faircloth previously served the Riverview Church of God (Michigan), Thonotosassa Church of God (Florida), and South Dade Church of God (Florida).  

Bishop Faircloth has served on numerous elected boards, including as Chairman and as a member of the State Council (Michigan), member of the State Evangelism Board (Michigan), and a member of the State Youth & Discipleship Board (Florida).  He has also served as a District Overseer and church planter (South Dade.)  With a pastor’s heart, Bishop Faircloth strives to develop emotionally healthy leaders and churches.

Bishop Faircloth is an alumnus of Lee University, and has been married to his wife, Julie, for 42 years.   They enjoy traveling and being adventurous with activities including horse back riding, zip lining, cave tubing, and snorkeling in the Caribbean waters.

Women’s Discipleship Director | Julie Faircloth

Julie Faircloth serves as the Women’s Discipleship Director of the Midlands Region (Iowa and Nebraska).  Julie has served alongside her husband, serving in ministry for over 40 years.  She has lead and organized successful women’s conferences, events, and ministries on the state, district, and local level.  Julie holds ministerial credentials with the Church of God and is an alumnus of Lee University (Cleveland, TN).

Bishop Faircloth and Julie have two children, of which they are very proud, Candace and BJ, and their spouses John and Jaime.  The Faircloth’s are proud grandparents to twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Youth & Discipleship Director | Shane B. Stone

Shane has served churches in South Carolina and Virginia as children, students, administrative, lead pastor, and church planter. Shane is married to Candace for 25 years and together they have six children.

Shane is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). He has served as a State Youth & Discipleship Board member for the Church of God in South Carolina and as a District Youth Director.

Shane has a Master’s degree from Lee University (Cleveland, TN), as well as two Bachelor’s degrees. He is currently working on his Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. Shane has started and run multiple businesses and is a notary public.

Shane enjoys traveling with his family, Disney, wrestling, and his golden-doodle Bowman.

Girls Ministries Coordinator | Candace Stone

Candace has served in ministry roles since she was a teenager, and met her husband at Lee University in Cleveland, TN. They were married in 1998 and have six children. Hannah Bailey (who is married to Rob), Gracie (20), Hayden (15), Gannon (10), Hattie (8), and Maverick (3). The Stones have one grandson, Robbie Bailey who is 4.

Candace is an alumnus of Lee University and is hold credentials with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) in the rank of Exhorter.  She has been a member of the Lee University Singers and has served on State Music Committees.

Together the Stones have served as District Youth Director, Lead Pastors, Church Planters, Youth, and Children’s Pastors in South Carolina and Virginia.
